Locality:Hurricane Mountain, east of Intervale, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Lustrous black prismatic arfvedsonite crystal with a knob of white microcline on a lower edge. The arfvedsonite crystal has a sharp, lustrous termination that is the best I have seen from this locality (commonly they are embedded arfvedsonite crystals). Ex. Tom Penney collection, collected in the 1960s-70s.
