Locality:Irish Creek, Rockbridge County, Virginia
Description:Crystallized mass of heavy brown cassiterite with two distinct cassiterite crystals on the front. These cassiterite crystals formed in a cavity that allowed complete crystal faces to form. One cassiterite crystal is twinned. Ex. Irving Horowitz collection #228, originally acquired in 1946 from AMNH gift shop
