Mineral:Fluorapatite on Albite with Bertrandite
Locality:Lavra da Golconda, near Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Description:Four lustrous transparent-to-translucent purple fluorapatite crystals to 8 mm on white albite-quartz matrix with small bladed white bertrandite crystals to 1 mm. The fluorapatite crystals are striated prismatic form with flat pinacoid terminations.
