Mineral:Pyrolusite with Calcite
Locality:Tenecape, Hants County, Nova Scotia, Canada
Description:Crystallized masses of radiating black-metallic pyrolusite crystals to 5 mm with overgrowth of translucent white calcite crystals in spherical aggregates to 4 mm diameter. The fibrous structure of the pyrolusite is visible around the edges. Ex. Morse collection
