Mineral:Fluorite over Quartz and Galena
Locality:Hansonburg District, 8.5 km south of Bingham, Socorro County, New Mexico
Description:Transparent cubic fluorite crystals to 12 mm over limonite-stained quartz crystals to 4 mm with gray-metallic galena embedded on the bottom. The fluorite crystals are blue, with a deep-purple outer zone, and have a satin-like luster.
