Description:Lustrous pale-blue celestine (celestite) crystals in tapered aggregates of subparallel elongated crystals mounted on an acrylic display stand. Celestine was an uncommon mineral in the Illinois fluorite mines and highly sought by local collectors. Ex. Roy A. Smith (1935-2014) collection
