Description: | Large cluster of lustrous black dravite-uvite tourmaline crystals with minor quartz on the bottom. Both dravite tourmaline and uvite tourmaline occur at this locality, within zones in single crystals so these specimens should be labeled dravite-uvite. Ex. Ryan Smith collection #1102, originally collected in 1903. Repaired |
