Locality:Ahumada Playa, Chihuahua, Mexico
Description:Large cluster of translucent tan-colored bladed gypsum crystals in spherical formation with crystals on all sides. These gypsum formations are called Desert Roses and they form in the sulfate-rich playa (seasonally dry lake bed).
Overall Size:10x9x7 cm
Crystals:2-30 mm
