Description:Lustrous translucent red-brown flattened rhombohedral calcite crystals on a fragment of brown matrix. The calcite crystals are contact-twinned on the C-axis {001} plane with deep twin plane visible between the crystals. Ex. Mort Metersky collection; acquired in trade from Zachariades
