Locality:Serrote Redondo, near Pedra Lavrada, Paraiba, Brazil
Description:Two intergrown lustrous translucent brown almandine garnet crystals embedded in a quartz nodule. The almandine crystals are trapezohedral form. These nodules are found in a local alluvial deposit, and are split open to reveal the garnet crystals inside.
