Description:Several transparent red almandine garnet crystals embedded in a thin plate of gray phyllite. The almandine garnet crystals are trapezohedral form with dodecahedral corner faces. Some crystals are exposed front and rear and can be rear illuminated. Ex. D. Miller collection #M2875
