Locality:Minas Gerais, Brazil
Description:Transparent gem-grade colorless topaz crystal with rounded, rough surfaces caused by alluvial wear. The bottom is a flat cleavage face that reveals to topaz to be water-clear inside, with a few yellow hair-like rutile crystals scattered on the edges. Ex. D. Miller collection #M2167; originally acquired in 1983
