Locality:Kelly Mine, Magdalena District, Socorro County, New Mexico
Description:Translucent vivid blue-green smithsonite crystals in spherical formations to 6 mm diameter with bladed blue-green aurichalcite crystals to 1 mm on the edge. The surfaces of the smithsonite crystals have a silky luster caused by microscopic crystal faces. Ex. D. Miller collection #M1005, collected in 1980
