Description:Superb large specimen of almandine garnet crystals exposed on the face of feldspar-muscovite matrix with two rear faces sawn flat. The almandine garnet crystals are translucent brown, trapezohedral form, with lustrous flat faces. Ex. Charles M. Noll collection #CN2600; ex. James DuFoe collection #K-79
