Locality:Four Peaks Amethyst Deposit, Mazatzal Mountains, Maricopa County, Arizona
Description:Transparent quartz crystal with central zone of deep-purple amethyst color. This quartz crystal has the rare pinacoid C-face across the top edge of the termination. Collected in November 1986 by David M. Shannon (1942-2004)
