Description: | Lustrous transparent yellow-green heliodor crystal, the gem variety of the mineral beryl, with complex outer surfaces the result of post-crystallization dissolution. The heliodor crystal has a basal pinacoid face with pyramidal termination faces. This crystal has the green tint sought by collectors of gem crystals. Weight: 56.1 grams |
