Locality:Minerva No. 1 Mine, Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Lustrous cubic fluorite crystals to 26 mm elongated scalenohedral translucent beige calcite crystals to 17 mm and inclusions of black bitumen, a natural hydrocarbon. The fluorite crystals are translucent yellow with transparent purple outer zones.
