Description: | Superb pinkish gray-metallic famatinite crystals to 18 mm over lustrous yellow-metallic pyrite crystals to 30 mm. The surfaces of the famatinite crystals have overgrowth of small tennantite crystals to 0.5 mm. One of the 10 best famatinite found. Collected ca. 1994-5, one of the 10 best from the find; ex. Georg Gebhard (author of Tsumeb I and II) |
