Locality:Erongo Mountains, 20 km north of Usakos, Damaraland, Namibia
Description:Earthy brown limonite pseudomorph after a disc-like ilmenite crystal, with remnants of ilmenite on the surfaces. The ilmenite crystallized first, then altered molecule by molecule to limonite, maintaining the original ilmenite shape.
