Locality:Erongo Mountains, 20 km north of Usakos, Damaraland, Namibia
Description:Earthy brown limonite pseudomorph after a disc-like ilmenite crystal with a transparent green cubic fluorite crystal on white feldspar. It is believed that this may be a fake because the two minerals do not occur together at this locality.
