Locality:Hedgehog Hill, Peru, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Unusually large brown almandine garnet crystal in contrasting muscovite. The almandine crystal is trapezohedral form and was carefully exposed by chipping away the surrounding muscovite. More of the almandine crystal could be exposed.
