Description: | Single crystal of transparent red grossular garnet in a shallow cavity in green-gray vesuvianite. The grossular garnet crystal is dodecahedral form with trapezohedral edge faces. Grossular garnet is uncommon at this locality. From my personal collection; collected in April 1993 |
