Locality:Monte Cristo Mine, Rush Creek District, Marion County, Arkansas
Description:Twisted rhombohedral dolomite crystals to 7 mm with coating of translucent vivid-yellow smithsonite crystals to 0.2 mm. When viewed under magnification the smithsonite crystals can be seen to be many hemispherical crystals and larger crystal rosettes. Ex. Martin Farber collection
