Locality:Nuristan, Afghanistan
Description:Lustrous transparent colorless spodumene crystal with pointed chisel-shaped termination. Though the spodumene is colorless it fluoresces bright violet under SW UV illumination. The termination rear edge has a naturally crystallized notch. Collected ca. 1990
