Locality:Rose Quartz Locality, Plumbago Mountain, Newry, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Lustrous transparent rose quartz crystals, the pink variety of quartz, on white albite and muscovite mica. The rose quartz are densely grouped and show distinct pink color. Some areas are coated with a second generation of yellow quartz microcrystals. Collected in June 1969 by Cliff Trebilcock
