Locality:Mina Noche Buena, Mazapil, Zacatecas, Mexico
Description:Lustrous yellow-metallic pyrite crystals to 7 mm on a crystallized compact mass of lustrous black sphalerite. A small area of translucent brown calcite coats some pyrite crystals indicating they were exposed from surrounding calcite. Ex. Lucile Squier (1905-2007) collection
