Description:Large lustrous interconnected translucent dark-red rutile crystals with no matrix attached. The rutile crystals are slender prismatic form with complex termination on one end that is hollow. Shows red translucency when illuminated from the rear. Ex. Robert Drayer collection, collected ca. 1945
