Mineral:Azurite and Chrysocolla
Locality:Morenci Mine, 4750' level, Lone Star Area, Clifton District, Greenlee County, Arizona
Description:Lustrous translucent deep-blue bladed azurite crystals to 2.5 mm lining cavities running completely through brown limonite gossan. Areas of the azurite crystals are coated with pale-green chrysocolla. This is the best specimen I collected at the site. From my personal collection #740; Collected February 5, 1998
