Mineral:Calcite and Sphalerite on Dolomite
Locality:Walworth Quarry, Wayne County, New York
Description:Lustrous transparent yellow scalenohedral calcite crystals to 15 mm with several translucent brown sphalerite crystals to 6 mm on lustrous translucent white rhombohedral dolomite crystals to 7 mm lining a cavity in gray limestone. Rear was sawn. From my private collection; collected ca. 2000
