Locality: | Fanwood Quarry (Weldon Quarry), Watchung, Somerset County, New Jersey |
Description: | Lustrous transparent yellow calcite crystals to 11 mm on translucent bladed brown stilbite crystals to 1 mm on one edge if grainy matrix. The calcite crystals are rhombohedral form, are interpenetrant-twinned, and fluoresce white under SW UV. Collected ca. 1990 |
