Locality:Moat Mountain, west of North Conway, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Lustrous doubly-terminated transparent smoky quartz crystals, with angled {7181} faces on adjacent corners and suture patterns on the prism faces, both indicative of twinning following the Dauphiné Law of quartz twinning. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection, collected in the 1970s
