Locality:Strickland Quarry, Collins Hill, Portland, Middlesex County, Connecticut
Description:Two lustrous transparent green elbaite tourmaline crystals running through silvery muscovite mica. The largest elbaite tourmaline is 8 mm thick. From my personal collection; collected on the Boston Mineral Club field trip when the dumps were being graded during golf course construction ca. 1994
