Description: | Lustrous transparent deep-purple amethyst quartz crystal with remnants of colorless quartz crystals on the rear where it was attached. The color of the amethyst crystal is deepest in the upper half. Note the unusual patterns on the termination face. Ex. G. McLoughlin collection |
