Description: | Gem-grade (cuttable) transparent green peridot crystals, the green gem variety of the mineral species forsterite, with rounded outer surfaces and remnants of white clay in crevices. Complete crystals of peridot are rare and now difficult to obtain. Ex. G. McLoughlin collection; ex. F. Lietard. Weight: 43.1 grams |
