Locality:Touissit Mine, 21 km SSE of Oujda, Jerada Province, Oriental, Morocco
Description:Lustrous translucent dark-blue azurite crystals with remnants of brown matrix on the bottom end. The azurite crystals are elongated prismatic form, with striated prism faces, and complex terminations. The rear was sawn to reduce bulk without damage. Ex. G. McLoughlin collection, acquired from Arnold Goldstein (1941-2020)
