Description:Lustrous transparent dark-red 10 mm spessartine garnet crystal on the prism face of a 39 mm lustrous black schorl tourmaline crystal. The spessartine garnet is trapezohedral form with many bright flashes of internal clarity. Ex. G. McLoughlin collection, acquired in 1996
