Description:Lustrous transparent red spessartine garnet crystals intergrown with transparent colorless quartz. The spessartine garnet crystals were naturally etched resulting in irregular crystal form and surfaces composed of many parallel, stepped faces. Collected in early 2003. Weight: 25.6 grams
