Description:Many dark red-brown dodecahedral almandine garnet crystals in gray schist. The almandine garnet crystals are scattered on all sides of the specimen. Kids call these specimens Chocolate Chip Cookie Rocks because of their resemblance to the cookies. Collected ca. 1992; locality closed to collecting in 2012.
