Description: | Lustrous translucent yellow-brown rhombohedral smithsonite crystals in finger-shaped pseudomorphs after an unknown mineral to 35 mm standing upright off matrix. The rear smithsonite crystals have microscopic gray galena inclusions that color them gray. Ex. E. Carmichael collection, collected ca. 1960 |
