Description:Lustrous translucent dark red-black octahedral cuprite crystals over powdery green chrysocolla on gray matrix. The cuprite crystals appear metallic black, but are actually translucent red under strong illumination from the rear. Ex. D. Miller collection #M1403; collected ca. 1998
