Locality:Sterling Mine, Ogdensburg, Sterling Hill, Sussex County, New Jersey
Description:Sparkling cluster of lustrous transparent colorless hemimorphite crystals with a sinuous white mineral formation, possibly aragonite running beneath and emerging at one point. The hemimorphite edges exhibit banded growth layers of prismatic crystals. Ex. W. B. Thompson collection; ex. Dr. Joseph Springall (1811-1895) of Dexter, Maine
