Description:Lustrous translucent red vanadinite crystals to 4.5 mm on translucent gray-white calcite on a fragment of gray matrix. The vanadinite crystals are hexagonal prisms with asymmetric (angled) pyramidal terminations. Ex. Mort Metersky collection, director of International Calcite Collectors Association
