Locality:Tamminen Quarry, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Three parallel lustrous doubly-terminated transparent pale-smoky quartz crystals to 21 mm on the edge of a milky quartz fragment surrounded by smaller translucent white doubly-terminated quartz crystals to 3 mm and tan colored cookeite microcrystals. From the collection of Frank C. Perham (b. 1934-), namesake of the mineral species Perhamite
