Description:Large double-sided cluster of many lustrous black magnetite crystals exhibiting rare cubic and tetrahexahedral crystal forms (magnetite is commonly octahedral) with one area overgrown by lustrous transparent colorless-to-red sphalerite crystals to 1 mm. Collected 1991-1992. See: Cubic and Tetrahexahedral Magnetite in May-June 2008 Rocks and Minerals. Fluoresces yellow-pink-orange under 365 nm LW UV illumination
