Description:Lustrous black sphalerite crystals twinned following the Spinel Law of isometric twinning. Several surfaces of the sphalerite crystals exhibit lamellar twinning, resulting in parallel bands of alternating left-right crystal structure. Ex. Julius Weber (1914-2003) collection, principle photographer of the Encyclopedia of Minerals (1974)
