Locality:Fengtien Mine, Conc. S., 5 kilometers west of Fengtien village, Hualien, Taiwan
Description:Lustrous pale green diopside crystals to 2.8 mm with vivid-green uvarovite garnet crystals to 0.3 mm. Some uvarovite garnets are incomplete revealing dark black-metallic cores of chromite. See Mineralogical Magazine, March 1984, Vol. 48, pp. 31-37. Ex.
