Mineral:Calcite var. Manganoan Calcite with Barite and Quartz over Hematite
Locality:Montreal Mine, Gogebic Iron Range, Iron County, Wisconsin
Description:Translucent pale-pink manganese-rich calcite crystals in spherical aggregates to 12 mm diameter and bladed translucent white barite crystals to 17 mm on lustrous translucent white quartz crystals to 1.5 mm over reddish-black hematite. Collected ca. 1985
