Locality:Wade Quarry, Mount Apatite, Auburn, Androscoggin County, Maine
Description:Elongated cluster of many lustrous transparent purple fluorapatite crystals to 3 mm intermixes with cookeite, quartz and muscovite. The fluorapatite crystals are doubly terminated hexagonal prisms with flat basal pinacoid terminations. Ex. Garza collection; collected ca. 1950
