Mineral:Azurite with Malachite pseudomorphs after Cuprite over Limonite
Locality:Copper Queen Mine, Bisbee, Warren District, Cochise County, Arizona
Description:Large cluster of lustrous translucent blue azurite crystals to 6 mm over earthy brown limonite with scattered green malachite pseudomorphs after 1 mm octahedral cuprite crystals. The azurite crystals cover the front and are scattered over the rear. Ex. Harry W. Eichel, Jr. (1914-1990); ex. Phil-Mont Christian Academy. Collected ca. 1895
