Description:Many prismatic dark augite crystals with brown limonite coating on the surfaces. It appears the augite was originally encased in calcite, that naturally dissolved by acidic ground water exposing the augite crystals. Ex. Harry W. Eichel, Jr. (1914-1990); ex. Phil-Mont Christian Academy
